A work of fiction, though not at all devoid of fact,
A work of pain, of suffering locked behind an act,
These are my words, not spoken lightly,
This is my story, please don't read it so quietly,
This is a display, of all those that have lost,
Of untried villains, and innocents counting the cost,
A work of fact, though not at all devoid of fiction,
A work of suffering, of pain melded with friction,
These are the words, of retorts harshly spoken,
This is an account, of a travesty in motion,
This is to show, fact and fiction are the same,
They just work by a different melody, with a sliding scale of blame
